Statement re Error in Novera Energy plc Shareholder Circular dated 26 October 2009

The Board of REH (the "Board") and its advisers have noted the reference to REH in the circular published by Novera Energy plc ("Novera") on 26 October 2009 and sent to its shareholders setting out its defence of the offer by Infinis Energy Limited ("Novera Circular") and the subsequent correction announcement of 30 October 2009.

The Board wishes to confirm that the original reference to REH, stating that REH was in the process of selling off assets and having embarked on a programme of returning capital to shareholders, is entirely erroneous and anyone reading the Novera Circular should ignore this statement. In fact, REH continues to operate its wind and methane assets and to develop its pipeline in UK and Europe, in accordance with its stated strategy for the benefit of its shareholders.

The Board is currently assessing potential actions, if any, which the Company can take in relation the errors contained in the Novera Circular relating to the Company.
