Proposed disposal of German Wind Assets

Further to yesterday's announcement in respect of the proposed disposal of the Company’s German Wind Assets (the "Announcement" and the "Disposal”), the Company will today post a circular to shareholders setting out details of the Disposal and convening a General Meeting to approve the Disposal.
The General Meeting is scheduled to take place at 11.00 am on 23 September 2010 at the Company's registered office, being IOMA house, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP and the circular is now available for download.
The Board would also like to clarify that the Announcement should have stated that the sale agreement with Allianz Renewable Energy Management GmbH in respect of the Disposal was entered into on the evening of 3 September 2010 and not yesterday, as was stated in the Announcement.
